
Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you do not like the item or it does not fit properly, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact tyler@dynamicdiscs.com before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
Shipping
At this time all products are drop shipped from Dynamic Discs. This may add 1 to 3 days to the shipping time due to order processing at the facility. If you include your email address with your order you will receive a tracking number the day your order ships.
